The Physical Readiness Program requires that every Sailor complete 2 Physical Fitness Assessments (PFA) per year. To do so you must first complete an annual Physical Health Assessment (PHA) during your birth month by first filling out questionnaires and then scheduling an appointment with your health care provider. Next log into BOL. In BOL click on PRIMS, then click on the "Member" tab, then click on the "PARFQ" tab. To add a PARFQ for the current PFA cycle click on "Add PARFQ". Then take your PFA.

Serving in the US Navy is not the same as playing Call to Duty. We fight in a real life and death battle. To win we need to be more fit than our enemy to outlast their determined efforts to destroy our nation and our way of life. The Navy sets a minimum standard that all Sailors are expected to meet on a standardized test twice a year. If you fail, you have no one to blame but yourself.

“Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.”
