To Log in to NROWS:
1) Click on the NROWS using the link above in Internet Explorer
2) Select your DOD EMAIL Certificate
3) Click "OK"
4) Enter your PIN
5) Click "OK"
6) Click "OK"
7) Click "Sailor" in the top menu bar
8) You are now logged in to NROWS
9) Use the "Sailor Menu" on the left to make your selection
If creating an application for back to back ADT orders put one-way travel on each set of orders and SATO will schedule the flights for you. If you need to call SATO ignore the prompts and press 2. Whoever picks up will be able to help you schedule (or reschedule) your flights.
