Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System
Help Desk: 1-877-589-5991 option 2, or 504-697-5442 option 2, or [email protected]
- The is the one site that requires your DOD Certificate to log in (NOT your DOD Email Certificate)
- NSIPS is also sometimes referred to as ESR, EDM, or OMPF because they are located within the system.
- ESR is your Electronic Service Record
- EDM does not stand for Electronic Dance Music (I wish). It stands for Electronic Document Management and is your source for your IDT (Inactive Duty Training) reschedule (resched) requests and mustering.
- NSIPS has a fairly short inactivity timer built in so make sure you are actively clicking on something every few minutes or it will log you out and you will loose your work.
