NMCI Webmail West Server (use this if you are closest to the West coast of the United States)
NMCI Webmail East Server (use this if you are closest to the East coast of the United States)
NMCI Webmail East Server (use this if you are closest to the East coast of the United States)
How to Login
1) Open Internet Explorer (IE works best) or Google Chrome (Chrome has issues with attachments)
2) Click on one of the links above (both links should work for you)
A) If the Webmail Server you usually use isn't working, try the other one.
3) Select your DOD EMAIL Certificate
4) Click OK
5) Enter your PIN
6) Click OK
7) You should be in your webmail
When you first set up your email you need to ensure you are receiving the correct emails. If someone has a similar name, you might be receiving their email by mistake.
OPNAVINST 5210.20 states that "Correspondence designated as “personal” or “private,” but relevant to the conduct of public business is an official record and must be managed by this instruction." This means, If you're talking to someone in the Navy about Navy business, you need to use NMCI Email.
